Everyday I have the same routine. My alarm wake me up 06.50 and then I hit the gym. I workout for 1h at fitness 24/7 at Hötorget in Stockholm. After the gym a by some fresh fruit and a latte before I go to my job. For me this is the best possible way ta start a day. I get lots of energy and hopefully a better body =)
